Job Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and ensuring timely submissions.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates on budget adherence.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and project documentation.
• Support the team in identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in construction practices.

A successful Junior Estimator should have :

• Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cost estimation software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
