Key Responsibilities
Assist viewers via phone and chat with account management, billing queries, content questions, and site navigation
Provide basic technical troubleshooting assistance
Make product recommendations during viewer interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with at least one year of customer service experience
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs
Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting
Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
