Answer patient phone calls following SBS’s Excellence in “Customer Service” Program. Check patients into the patient management system Verify insurance eligibility Ensure financial agreements are signed and scanned. Note in patient’s appointments; next day co-pays and balances to be collected. Collect all balances and co-pays. Dentrix Enterprise experience Ability to work some nights plus a weekend or two each month Experience working with patients in a dental office Must be able to work in our office Flexible schedule
