A company is looking for an Ops & Administrative Support Contractor to assist with operational initiatives and data-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide ongoing administrative and logistical support for operational processes
Perform chart audits to verify medical record data for accuracy and compliance
Manage and execute communications distribution via Customer.io and prepare monthly reports
Required Qualifications :
Proficiency in data entry and data management
Ability to perform basic data analysis and identify discrepancies
Strong organizational skills, including time management and task prioritization
Experience with data visualization tools is highly desirable
Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Notion is a plus
