Key Responsibilities

Create user-centered conversational flows for chatbots and AI assistants

Analyze conversation data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance chatbot performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize and optimize chatbot experiences

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in designing or maintaining chatbot or conversational AI experiences

Familiarity with conversational platforms such as Dialogflow or Watson

Understanding of NLP concepts and experience with LLMs or prompt engineering

Strong writing skills with an emphasis on tone and user intent

Comfortable analyzing data using tools like Excel or PowerBI
