Inpatient Adult Psych Locum Job NY
Details of Assignment :
- Location : An hour South of Syracuse, NY
- Duration : December 2024 April 2024
- Schedule : Monday- Friday
- Shift : 8-hour day (8a-5p / 9a-6p)
- Call : None
- Patient volume : 10-24 (volume split between physicians) Psych NP for support
- Scope : Adult only, average length of stay is 3-5 days (can go up to 10 if longer will transfer to a state facility)
- EMR : Meditech
- Hospital : 24-bed Behavioral Health department
- Group / support : 1-2 other Psychiatry physicians, + Psychiatry NP + additional Hospital support staff + Psychologist + 3 counselor s + 1 PMR
- Requirements : Board Certified or truly Board Eligible with NY license
- Travel lodging and Malpractice covered
