About the Role :

The Training Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and competencies of staff within a long-term care facility, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide high-quality patient care. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with the facility's goals and regulatory requirements. The Training Manager will also be responsible for mentoring new hires, facilitating their integration into the team, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Minimum Qualifications :

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
