Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the compensation and benefits staff
Lead the design, development, and implementation of pay and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in compensation and / or benefits
1+ years' experience with people management (preferred)
Proven ability to interact with all levels of associates and management
Local to Northern VA, DC or MD is preferred
