Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to support its growing platform in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and coordinate the proposal and transaction pipeline for real estate investment sales and financing transactions

Manage deadlines, milestones, and updates during the production cycle of proposals and transactions

Coordinate between transaction teams, firm departments, and third parties for various activities including presentations and due diligence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in management, finance, or a related discipline preferred

Experience or familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is a plus

Ability to work independently on multiple projects / tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to delegate, manage, and coordinate projects and tasks effectively

Independent thinker with a proactive and professional approach in dealing with clients and third parties
