Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a K-12 general education classroom in Middletown, DE. This full-time, contract position focuses on working with a kindergarten student exhibiting aggressive behaviors within a school setting. The role requires hands-on involvement with life-skills support, including toileting and bathroom assistance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision to support positive student outcomes
- Address and manage aggressive behaviors in a school-based environment
- Provide life-skills support, including toileting and hygiene assistance with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation of behavioral data and progress notes
