An opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a K-12 general education classroom in Middletown, DE. This full-time, contract position focuses on working with a kindergarten student exhibiting aggressive behaviors within a school setting. The role requires hands-on involvement with life-skills support, including toileting and bathroom assistance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision to support positive student outcomes
• Address and manage aggressive behaviors in a school-based environment
• Provide life-skills support, including toileting and hygiene assistance with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation of behavioral data and progress notes
