$300,000 to $325,000 per year

About The Position

About the Opportunity

Our mission driven hospital in Northwest Kansas, is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their family-like team of experienced providers. This is a full-time, employed position with a guaranteed base salary and excellent benefits

Practice Details

Services include full-spectrum primary care (no OB)
1 : 1 provider-to-nurse ratio, option for 2nd floating nurse for scribing, and a private office space
On-site lab and radiology, access to specialists including general surgery and CRNA, social services, transportation, and more.

Schedule

4-day workweek, Tuesday – Friday, 8 hours / day

Average of 8-15 patients per day, with capacity for more

No call required for the clinic

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary with production bonuses available

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Residency stipend, loan forgiveness options, and CME allowance provided

32 days of PTO + 6 holidays
