Role Overview

As Senior PM, you will own the connectivity ecosystem that powers Workato : pre-built connectors, the Connector SDK, On-Prem Agent (OPA), and advanced connectivity frameworks across SaaS, databases, ERPs, data lakes / warehouses, messaging systems, APIs, and AI endpoints.

You will apply design thinking principles to ensure these technical capabilities are not only powerful but also delightful and intuitive for our builders. This includes simplifying complex integration tasks, making connector experiences frictionless, and driving adoption through thoughtful UX across our platform.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the connectors / connectivity roadmap aligned with Workato's vision of becoming the most comprehensive agenti- orchestration platform.

Apply design thinking to simplify complex workflows, reduce cognitive load, and make building with connectors an intuitive and delightful experience.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade connectors that meet performance, scalability, and compliance needs while staying simple to use.

Partner with customers, partners, and internal teams to deeply understand connectivity gaps, enterprise needs, and usability pain points.

Ensure connectivity capabilities meet enterprise standards : security, observability, performance, and governance.

Requirements

Strong understanding of SaaS APIs, databases, ERPs, message queues, and modern data platforms.
