Senior LIMS Developer

A company is looking for a Senior LIMS Developer and Data Cleansing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Set up the environment and data filtration scripts for data cleansing

Analyze database structure and create scripts to clean SIMTRA data

Draft verification scripts and perform regression testing for system accuracy

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with LIMS, SQL, and Oracle

Skills in LIMS development and configuration

Strong experience with LabVantage LIMS version 8 and above

Advanced technical knowledge of Java modules and frameworks

Ability to write complex SQL queries in Oracle or MS SQL
