This role will oversee the entire design process—managing relationships with clients, mentoring a talented team, and collaborating with our construction experts—to deliver award-winning, sustainable, and inspiring outdoor spaces that reflect Red Leaf Development’s commitment to exceptional design and unparalleled service.
