Position Overview
We are seeking an HVAC Service Sales Representative to drive growth and profitability in the Charlotte market . This role is responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining long-term service relationships, uncovering new customer opportunities, and expanding service agreements .
The ideal candidate has sales experience in mechanical services, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to position our team as the trusted partner of choice .

Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and qualify prospective new customers through a disciplined sales processContact and schedule appointments with prospective customersBuild and maintain a referral network to uncover new opportunitiesConduct sales calls to identify customer challenges with HVAC, ventilation, and control system operationsPropose tailored solutions with a focus on renewable maintenance agreements, sustainability, and digital service offeringsPresent and finalize proposals, securing customer commitmentConduct customer kick-off meetings, resolve issues, and create pull-through opportunitiesMaintain and extend service agreements while supporting the collections processKeep management informed of progress and account status using CRM and reporting toolsDevelop and implement territory marketing plans aligned with business strategyAccountabilities

2–3 years of progressive sales experienceAptitude for technical knowledge with strong attention to detailExcellent presentation skills with the ability to engage both individuals and groupsExperience selling service and maintenance agreementsExposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplinesKnowledge of building HVAC systemsBehavioral & Technical Skills
