Insights Associate Program Manager 16532

  • Hourly pay : $35-$50 / hr
  • Worksite : Leading professional development and networking company (San Francisco, CA 94105, New York City, NY 10118, or Chicago, IL 60661 - Hybrid, Open to remote candidates in the United States is preferred)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours / week, 4 Month Assignment

A leading professional networking company seeks an Insights Associate Program Manager . The successful candidate willbe responsible for taking our dataset and using it to build and maintain scalable insights solutions to support the business. The company offers a great work environment!

Insights Associate Pro gram Manager Responsibilities :

  • Leverage our unique data used to power innovative tools to address business challenges.
  • Write SQL / Presto / Trino / Spark queries to extract the necessary data and leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau to present the information.
  • Take existing queries or dashboards and optimize them to run more efficiently / consistently while building in automated checks and controls to proactively flag any problems.
  • Handle incoming support requests to ensure our end users' experience is bug-free and efficient.
  • Experiment with and implement enhancements to various internal data tools to improve usefulness for the broader team.

    • Insights Associate Program Manager Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience with data analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience with PowerPoint and Excel (Microsoft suite).
  • 2+ years working with SQL and data visualization tools to query large data-sets (e.g., Presto / Trino, Spark SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • BA / BS degree .
  • Experience with data storytelling, turning data into insights, and presenting to internal and / or external stakeholders is preferred.
  • Experience with product, data engineering, or sales analytics and / or data science is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority are preferred.
  • Experience with project management is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and desire & ability to learn are preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL – excited about opportunities to optimize / tune queries, join datasets with billions of rows, and optimize performance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hadoop (Presto / Spark), git, & Tableau is preferred.
  • The ability to provide a business lens to analytical and technical problems, build alliances across the company, and translate user feedback into tool requirements is preferred.
