Direct Hire – Onsite (Chesterfield, MO) | Closed Door Pharmacy

Oxford Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to support and oversee day-to-day operations in a closed door pharmacy environment. This role focuses on team leadership, workflow oversight, quality, and ensuring timely and accurate pharmacy services for patients and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of pharmacists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development.
  • Oversee daily workload distribution to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and service standards.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new pharmacists.
  • Monitor queue activity and use performance data to identify improvements and streamline processes.
  • Set expectations, track progress, and ensure adherence to pharmacy procedures and SLAs.
  • Resolve escalated patient issues with professionalism and a patient-focused approach.
  • Conduct routine quality checks and audits to maintain compliance and minimize errors.
  • Ensure all operations follow State and Federal regulations and internal pharmacy policies.
  • Protect patient privacy and handle sensitive documentation appropriately.
  • Support clear communication, problem-solving, and a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing; additional licensure a plus or may be required.
  • 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including leadership of a team of 10+ people.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and pharmacy systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
