Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing; additional licensure a plus or may be required. 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including leadership of a team of 10+ people. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and pharmacy systems. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.

Oxford Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to support and oversee day-to-day operations in a closed door pharmacy environment. This role focuses on team leadership, workflow oversight, quality, and ensuring timely and accurate pharmacy services for patients and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of pharmacists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing development.
- Oversee daily workload distribution to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and service standards.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new pharmacists.
- Monitor queue activity and use performance data to identify improvements and streamline processes.
- Set expectations, track progress, and ensure adherence to pharmacy procedures and SLAs.
- Resolve escalated patient issues with professionalism and a patient-focused approach.
- Conduct routine quality checks and audits to maintain compliance and minimize errors.
- Ensure all operations follow State and Federal regulations and internal pharmacy policies.
- Protect patient privacy and handle sensitive documentation appropriately.
- Support clear communication, problem-solving, and a positive team culture.
