[job_card.job_description]Scheduling of classes is done based on your availability Competitive Compensations Christmas and summer bonuses Annual pay reviews based on performance and length of tenure with the company Career Advancement Opportunities to Supervisory Roles Management that recognizes and rewards employees Help students to understand new concepts Assist students in preparing for tests and completing assignments Teach problem-solving skills Teach Academy provided lessons per the lesson plan Update the Academy Supervisors of weekly student progress Previous experience as a Mathematics Instructor / Tutor is preferred Bachelors degree preferred Patient, understanding, and reliable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelors degree or higher May apply if you are an enrolled college student who have studied relevant Mathematics courses in College for at least two years Previous experience teaching at the k-12 level is preferred Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
