Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline
Lead capture efforts and develop win strategies from pre-RFP to contract award
Establish relationships with federal agency decision-makers and support proposal development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contracting
Demonstrated success in winning federal contracts (prime or subcontract)
Strong knowledge of FAR / DFARS and federal acquisition processes
Established network within federal agencies and / or government contractors
