Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule 2 Holidays (1 summer & 1 winter) RNs receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and cross training to be Charge RN. Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Able to meet the following per 6-week schedule : 2 Fridays 2 Mondays 1 Weekend Training provided in : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership development.
