Quality Improvement Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting and related activities

Review and analyze reports while ensuring compliance with government program requirements

Manage vendor oversight and participate in budget preparation and cost analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in quality improvement

Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred

Nursing background preferred

Certification in healthcare or quality improvement preferred
