We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates with at least 6 months of recent warehouse experience. The pay is $16.50 / hr with weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a $50 referral bonus. Duties include loading / unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting / scanning orders, and general warehouse labor. Duties : Load and unload trucks manually, lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds, strong attention to details, ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull, stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift, maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork. Position Requirements : Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance, visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions, ability to see / hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular / pedestrian traffic, ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace, ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes, flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment. Requirements : Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education : HS Diploma or GED. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
