Description :

We are on the lookout for a cheerful and engaging Guest Experience Associate to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and enjoy making meaningful connections with guests, this role is perfect for you. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Foster connections by remembering guests' names and preferences.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Manage reservations and uphold guest flow.
  • Utilize our restaurant POS system effectively.

Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
