A company is looking for a Director of R&D Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with R&D leadership to define and execute operational strategies aligned with the product roadmap

Establish R&D operating mechanisms for visibility and accountability, and implement project management methodologies

Build and mentor a high-performing R&D Operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in portfolio management and operational governance in a multi-product company

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept to launch

Proven ability to motivate teams for successful product launches with speed and quality

Experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed environments with competing priorities

Financial understanding of resources, capacity, and outsourcing while being budget conscious
