Position Summary:

As a Buyer's Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes. You will utilize your expertise to identify potential buyers, guide them through the purchasing process, and negotiate favorable terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Implement effective prospecting techniques to identify and attract potential buyers.

• Training: Complete a rigorous 8-week training program to develop your skills and knowledge.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to guide buyers in making informed decisions.

• Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns.

• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and follow-up.

• Negotiations: Negotiate purchase agreements and address buyer concerns to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• Real estate license in the State of Nevada

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation preferred

• Strong understanding of the Lake Las Vegas real estate market and buyer demographics

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in real estate software and platforms

Compensation:

$50,000+ yearly, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
