You are an organized and passionate Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist who has a desire to make an impact by acting as the supervisor for a team of service providers by providing collaboration, communication, and mentorship.

Qualifications
- Professional license in the field of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- 3 years of progressive experience in a special education setting
- Customer service experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Passion for supporting students with special education needs
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Monitor compliance for all services through productivity and documentationEnsure services are in compliance with professional standards as well as state and federal regulatory requirementsUtilize compliance and documentation system to ensure efficacy and efficiency of services providedComplete integrity checks and observationsReview and monitor documentation in accordance with Hope deadlines and legal timelinesMaintain a high level professionalism and confidentiality when review documentationMaintain communication with Service Providers, students, and / or caregivers regarding progress and needsPlan and deliver training sessions to other therapists and staff membersContinuously seek out professional growth and development opportunities related to school based therapiesWork with multidisciplinary team members to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for their students and improve service deliveryConsistently exhibit a positive attitude and strong customer service in accordance with Hope's values and mission to support the public, supervisors, individuals, and coworkersActively participate in staff meetings and in-service training programs to continuously update skillsSatisfy requirements for certification renewal through steady pursuit of education and professional development opportunitiesFollow state and / or national board regulationsParticipate in individual meetings, such as annual IEP meetingsParticipate in research projects as availableAct as a mentor for new hires and current peers through a formal mentorship program.Participate in team development and management, including on / off boarding, coaching, and counselingPlan, monitor, and appraise job results and conduct ongoing trainingOversee assistants, interns and studentsCoordinate schedules and coverage for service providers across divisionsAdvise the Director of the Hope Learning Center and the Executive Team on strategic issues as well as provide documentation and logistic supportPerform any additional duties as deemed necessary by your direct supervisor and / or CEOKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
