Join Vanguard's FP&A group as a lead financial analyst and support our Personal Investor / Advice Wealth Management Marketing and Communications teams. Responsibilities include :

Financial Planning & Forecasting :

• Lead monthly close, forecasting, and annual planning processes for marketing budgets.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership on marketing performance versus plan.
• Support strategic planning and scenario analysis for marketing investments.

Performance Analysis & Strategic Decision Support :
