Responsibilities of this position will include:
· Maintain and segment CRM data to enhance advisor engagement and inform sales strategy.
· Build dashboards and reporting tools that track performance and support data-driven decision making.
· Develop streamlined processes for updating content and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
· Conduct competitor and market research to help shape positioning and messaging.
· Manage inbound client inquiries and provide timely, thoughtful responses.
· Assist with logistics, scheduling, and follow-up for webinars, meetings, and conferences.

· 1+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or fintech.
· Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
· Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
