What Your New Challenge Will Look Like

As a Global Learning & Development Specialist, you will :

• Organize and coordinate internal and external learning and training activities - from planning and scheduling to attendance management and training evaluation.
• Act as the key user for our Learning Management System (Workday Learning), ensuring smooth operations while driving technical and process improvements, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting reporting needs.
• Manage key operational tasks such as invoice processing, contract handling, and budget approvals, while also supporting policy coordination and leading the annual bottom-up feedback process across the organization.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure that learning initiatives are well-executed and learning operations and processes are continuously optimized for efficiency, workflow, and quality.
