[job_card.job_description]Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas within the transportation facility to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Report any observed irregularities, including property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons, in accordance with Allied Universal procedures. Collaborate with site personnel and first responders as needed during emergency situations or incidents. Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols. Adhere to all site-specific policies and procedures while representing Allied Universal in a professional manner at all times. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
