What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas within the transportation facility to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
  • Report any observed irregularities, including property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons, in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and first responders as needed during emergency situations or incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Adhere to all site-specific policies and procedures while representing Allied Universal in a professional manner at all times.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
