We partner with leading real estate brokerages, agents, lenders, and national title companies to deliver efficient, borrower-convenient closings across the state, while maintaining strict compliance with Georgia’s attorney-supervision and disbursement requirements.

We are actively expanding our roster and seeking licensed Georgia attorneys to serve as Contract Closing Attorneys for residential and commercial real estate closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct real estate closings at borrower-preferred locations within your selected counties
• Contact borrowers the same day a closing order is received to confirm acknowledgment and scheduling
• Review all closing instructions, loan documents, and settlement statements prior to appointments
• Ensure full compliance with Georgia’s attorney-closing, notarization, witness, and certified-funds requirements
• Verify borrower identification and closing conditions
• Ensure accurate execution, notarization, and witnessing of all documents
• Ship original wet-signed packages same or next business day via traceable carrier; provide scan-backs when requested
• Maintain confidentiality and protect all client information
• Submit invoices in accordance with firm guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing (required)
• Real estate closing experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to travel within your selected counties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent client-service skills
• Access to notary services and ability to manage closing supplies/equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Laptop/tablet and portable printer/scanner strongly preferred

Training & Support

Attorneys with limited or no closing experience will receive:

• One-on-one training
• Shadowing opportunities with experienced closers
• Ongoing mentorship and support until fully confident
