Key Responsibilities

Based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, the Sr. Project Manager, Global Operations leads complex, high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, and eCommerce channels. The role drives strategic execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across global teams.

Key Focus Areas

• Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects from strategic concept through implementation ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Operational Optimization : Partner with logistics, order management, planning, commercial, product development, and technology teams to streamline Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) supply chain operations, improving speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• DTC & eCommerce Integration : Drive initiatives that enhance the consumer experience across eCommerce platforms and fulfillment networks, optimizing inventory availability, delivery accuracy, and service times.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management : Build strong partnerships across Global Operations, Commercial, IT, Product Development, and Finance to ensure project alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
• Risk & Change Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and project risks; develop proactive contingency plans and guide cross-functional teams through organizational change.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure performance, forecast project outcomes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Executive Communication : Deliver clear and concise program updates to executive sponsors and senior leadership, articulating key milestones, issues, and ROI impact.
• Continuous Improvement : Promote best-in-class project management practices and frameworks to drive operational excellence across global functions.

Experience and Education

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented Project Manager with deep experience in global supply chain operations, direct-to-consumer logistics, and eCommerce fulfillment within a consumer products or retail-driven organization. This individual thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Pay Range

$90,000 - $178,300 USD
