We are looking for a Manager or a Senior Manager with M&A due diligence and project management experience to lead financial due diligence and related activities. In addition, candidates will be expected to leverage technical and organizational skills to coordinate and manage full service diligence teams, liaising and building relationships with financial advisors, investments banks, legal advisors, corporate lenders, investors and other stakeholders on an agreed scope of work. As our clients seek to grow their businesses, our M&A Transaction Services team provide expertise in performing due diligence on targets and assisting in its integration strategy.

As a member of our M&A Transaction Services team within Financial Advisory, you will help strategic buyers and private equity firms by conducting financial due diligence and providing strategic advisory in the context of the transactions. Using your skills and leveraging our global network of experts, you will provide insight to companies in every industry, and in every situation. The result?
