GRILL COOK
The Aielli Group is looking for a grill cook to be part of our team. The grill cook will prepare and grill food according to recipe standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portions.
To be a successful grill cook, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure food is at the correct temperature and is attractive.
- Carry pans, containers, and trays of food to and from workstation, stove, and cooler in accordance with established safety standards.
- Store food in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety and rotation procedures.
- Cleans, sanitize, and maintain work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
