What You’ll Do :

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of 70+ delivery drivers.
• Drive operational excellence through effective route management and fleet oversight.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, hazmat, and safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain fleet records.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions to support driver success.
