Plan Sponsor Partnership Marketing Executive

The Participant Financial Success Marketing and Communications organization manages the development, strategy, execution, and integration of B2C and B2B2C retirement plan participant marketing efforts aligned with multi-year business strategies. We are recruiting for two Executive roles within this organization, one leading Direct to Participant Marketing (B2C) and one leading Plan Sponsor Partnership Marketing (B2B2C) .

As a Plan Sponsor Partnership Marketing (B2B2C) Executive , you will :

• Lead a team of communication consultants to design and execute plan-specific communications, marketing, and engagement efforts.
• Work with our client teams to identify "early adopter" plan sponsors and design custom "financial wellness blitz" campaigns.
• Influence plan sponsors to partner with Vanguard on relevant financial wellbeing services and leverage the plan sponsor's channels to distribute information to participants.
• Optimize this function to balance servicing and marketing new interaction models, roles and responsibilities, internal stakeholder support, etc.
• Define and deliver marketing and communications strategies to our target audiences, using a mix of experiments to learn and campaigns to scale and automate.
• Build brand awareness and establish enduring relationships with retirement plan participants as well as improve client and participant satisfaction.
• Increase consideration of Vanguard's in-plan and out-of-plan offers with participants and plan sponsors.
• Drive conversion of products and services relevant to the plan and participant moments that matter.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop technology, processes, and platform enhancements to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Deepen use of data to trigger on key moments that matter to develop compelling, timely, and personalized marketing campaigns.
