• Physical effort : Work requires lifting and carrying animals (will be assisted by other staff members in lifting animals over 40lbs). Walks or stands for extended periods of time, frequently works in a bent position.
• Working conditions : May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises and animal feces. May be exposed to bites, scratched and contagious diseases.

Diagnostic sampling and analysis : fecal flotation, urinalysis, skin scraping, cytology, fungal culture, PCV, blood smear, fine needle aspirate, and more!

Pharmacology

Emergency and critical care

Vaccines and vaccination schedules

Fluid therapy procedures

Basic grooming services

IV catheter placement in canines and felines

40 hours per week

4 days per week

Must be available to work every other weekend
