🎯 The Role


As a Solar Recruiter, your responsibility is simple:
Consistently bring in qualified, coachable talent.


You will:

• Source candidates for Setters, Closers, and Leadership roles
  
  
• Post and manage job listings across platforms
  
  
• Run initial screenings and interviews
  
  
• Qualify candidates for culture, coachability, and work ethic
  
  
• Coordinate onboarding with leadership
  
  
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline
  
  
• Follow Housebuildr hiring standards (no shortcuts)
  
  

This role directly impacts revenue and expansion.
