Quality Control - Hiring Immediately

Shift Info

Monday - Friday from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm

Pay Rate : $19.00 / HR

Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Inspect and measure incoming fabric for defects; verify accuracy against work orders

Communicate with various departments via Microsoft Outlook regarding material needs and order updates

Prepare detailed purchase orders using information from work orders

Inspect cushions on frames for fit and compliance with specifications, including removal of excess threads and identifying stitch or fabric defects

Ensure cushions are properly stuffed and finished

Wrap and store cushions in designated warehouse locations

Maintain order tracking and assist with shipping preparation

Distribute Customer’s Own Material (COM) to the correct department (Cushions or Upholstery)

Maintain product knowledge and assist in photo documentation as needed

Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Quality Control Experience and Sewing Experience Required

Must pass a Background Check ( No Felonies or Misdeameanors)

Must pass a drug test

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook – Preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Knowledge using hand tools and power tools

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Able to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities

Self-motivated and dependable
