Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Lead to manage software implementations from sales handoff to system go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Develop knowledge of the product and guide customers through the implementation lifecycle

Gather and interpret customer requirements to configure the solution accordingly

Serve as a project manager for various implementation projects and manage project status and resources

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management or related roles

Intermediate to expert Excel skills

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus

Prior experience with the company's software is a plus

Ability to manage workload with limited oversight
