Trueline Talent's client, a fast-growing multifamily developer-builder with over $150M in projects planned across Texas and New Mexico, is seeking a Multifamily Construction Estimator to join their team in El Paso, Texas. This role will play a key part in pricing, planning, and preconstruction efforts for multifamily projects, working closely with leadership, project managers, and vendors.

What You'll Do as the Multifamily Construction Estimator :

• Lead quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid reviews, and scope development for multifamily projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specs, and requirements to create accurate estimates and budgets.
• Assist in value engineering, vendor selection, and contract preparation.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing.
• Maintain pricing databases, historical cost information, and bid documentation.
• Help prepare proposals, preconstruction deliverables, and internal reports.
