Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Some Sundays as needed

About the Opportunity:
A leading manufacturing and production company is hiring motivated Tack Welders / Assemblers to join their growing team. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent long-term career potential and a robust benefits package once hired permanently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of assembly line and manufacturing support tasks.
  • Assist with:
    • Spot welding using manual welding guns.
    • Applying adhesives, sealants, and industrial coatings.
    • Installing automotive closures such as doors, hoods, and fenders.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery safely and effectively.
  • Follow detailed blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions to meet production quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in assembly, general labor, production, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and following safety protocols.
  • Dependable, punctual, and open to overtime and weekend work.
