Job Description & Requirements Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $190000.00 - $215000.00 A collaborative workers’ compensation rehabilitation-focused pain management clinic in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable approach to patient care. Position Highlights : Specialty : Pain management within the Workers’ Compensation system Schedule : Flexible; Clinic is Open M-F from 7 : 30-4 : 30, See an average of 16–18 patients / day (1-hr consults, 30-min follow-ups) 60% in-person / 40% telehealth visits conducted in the office Join a Collaborative and supportive work environment Compensation & Benefits : Base salary $190K–$215K Annual performance bonus $10K–$40K 401K (4% match after the 1 st year, with immediate vesting) Three weeks PTO, eight sick days, and eight paid holidays $2,000 CME allowance Ideal Candidate : 1 year of independent post-grad clinical experience (orthopedics, PM&R, or pain management background preferred).
