Description :

Our client is currently seeking a Closing Coordinator / Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include :

• Draft and review various correspondence including contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents, complete order openings, and send required engagement letters.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, realtors as well as title companies.
• Review all financing options, lending requirements, titles, and bankruptcy claims.
• Maintain and update all files and filing systems throughout the process.
• Conduct research and analyze all real estate documents, including but not limited to title and legal property descriptions.
• Respond to client inquiries and escalate any serious concerns.
