Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

The Lead Quality Assurance Specialist will be managing, ensuring, and improving capabilities to comply with external standards and regulations. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensuring compliance to regulations required at point of production.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with GE Aerospace policies and procedures.
• Evaluate adherence to AS9100 / AS9110 / AS9120 standards and regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA).
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain accurate records of findings and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely communication of audit results to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and auditing practices.
• Support the development of robust quality processes across the organization.
