Key Responsibilities

Deliver measurable business impact through advanced BI and analytics solutions

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of BI Analysts and Engineers

Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights

Required Qualifications

8+ years in BI analysis, data warehousing, or engineering

6+ years hands-on experience with SQL, ETL / ELT, data modeling, and visualization

6+ years of people management experience in building and scaling BI teams

4+ years of delivering BI solutions in e-commerce or similar high-scale business
