Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for restaurant management roles within a defined region
Build strong regional partnerships and coach restaurant leaders on hiring capabilities
Develop and maintain proactive, diverse talent pipelines and participate in cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience or 3 years of combined education and experience in a related field
Experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within hospitality or retail industries
Demonstrated ability to manage high contact volume and multiple priorities
Proficient in using creative recruiting techniques to attract diverse candidates
Familiarity with complex HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
